Joe and co. are fantastic. I got a Premium Metallica pinball machine from them and find it hard to imagine people being easier to deal with, more on the money with advice about their product, and faster with responses to my (sometimes ignorant) queries. I live in Alkimos and they were very happy to deliver, move in, and set up my machine, exactly when they said they would. I even had a mechanical issue (due to the freight from USA and handling outside of their control) that they dealt with quickly, at a time suited to me, with no charge. That's right. Twice from Bayswater to Alkimos at no charge to me. They're even happy to discuss with me, over 2 years after my purchase, the mods I've been putting into the machine.

We have used Joe and Angela for many years, for both kids and adults parties.The quality of their equipment is 1st class and is matched by their fantastic customer service and pickup & delivery.Pricing is very competitive and the inclusion of some games or music, always makes the event more special.Recently we hired an arcade machine, air hockey and Karaoke Jukebox, which had an awesome sound.

Great service and really accommodating. Hired air hockey and foosball for a bucks. The equipment was really nice and new. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re thinking about it!
